The Big Game

There are 3 teams in our softball league, so only 1 team gets left out of the Championship game. That was my team last year, BUT NOT THIS YEAR! :-) We had our playoff game last night and what a game it was! The other team batted first and scored 12 runs. When our girls came in to bat, they were discouraged and beaten, but their mood changed as we started scoring runs of our own. The 2nd & 3rd innings went much better for us and we WON by 1 run. It was a game that we all wanted to win! We would have had a second chance to be in the Championship game on Saturday, but now we can go watch the 2nd playoff game tomorrow night and enjoy it. :-)
