4th Grade Recognition Assembly

Emily & her classmates have one more week at the Miles Lane school. Yesterday, they each went up to a microphone during an assembly to state their name and to receive a certificate and a notebook.

It wasn't all seriousness at the assembly. We danced the Macarena and watched a juggling show. Fun!


The Kindergarten classes joined the assembly for the juggling show. Zach didn't know I was at the school, so he was surprised when I tapped his shoulder and took his picture as he was leaving.
The kids went back to their classrooms for ice cream bars after the assembly.
Eleanor's class went outside, which is a good thing because 2nd graders are MESSY! :-)
