Swans Island
We had a Relief Society/Young Women activity on Swans Island today at the Ellison's. It was such a fun day! I went with Zoe, my Mom, Sunshine, Bo, Lola, Cheryl, Andrea, Kim, Ralph (a few of the husbands tagged along :-), Lorraine, Dave, Mere, Marian, Rachael, Peggy (an awesome visitor from North Carolina), Cindy & her grandaughter Madeline, Kristen & Kayla. Most of the sisters learned quilting skills and the rest of us made cards. We ate yummy lobster sandwiches for lunch that the men made. :-) I drove my Yukon onto the ferry, so we would have enough vehicles to get us around. The Ellisons provided the other vehicles. We stopped at the beach on our way back to the ferry to head home. We stayed long enough to get some pictures and walk around. The weather was a bit rainy in the morning, but it cleared up and turned out to be a beautiful day. :-). Thank you Ellison's for sharing your beautiful island with us!
