Emily is 10!

Double Digits. Very exciting!

Emily had a fun birthday yesterday. The majority of her day was spent at school, which wasn't so fun, but she endured. After school, she spent some time with my grandmother watching "Ice Age" movies while Zoe and I went to softball practice. One of Emily's birthday wishes was to skip practice, so I let her. After practice, we came home to enjoy Subway sandwiches and to start the partying. My Mom, Dad, Grandmother, and Victoria came over to celebrate with us.

This Wipeout Nintendo game was a big hit with everyone! Emily received many fun gifts, including gift cards to shop and go see a movie with a sibling or friend. :-)

Another birthday wish came true when Matt agreed to make the cake Emily wanted...lemon cake with vanilla frosting. Yum!

We love you, Emily! Have a fun year being 10!
