I painted over this artwork yesterday that Eleanor drew several years ago and then wrote her name above it. The artists can't seem to resist signing their artwork when they have learned how to write their name. :-)

Painting over Eleanor
The kids and I painted one side of the hall on Saturday and then I painted the other side yesterday. It was nice to hear the kids say, "Nobody write on the walls!" after their hard work of painting and seeing the clean, white wall. Little artists just can't resist writing on the walls around here.

We don't have any art on the walls, but lots of dirty hand prints! Must get busy cleaning them - should paint, but it makes me ill to think of it!!
Love it that she signed it.
