Positive Thinking
As of yesterday afternoon, our toilet flush is not working. We have to dip our hand in the cold tank water to flush the toilet now. Eleanor, Zach, and Kate LOVE this new way of flushing the toilet. I think it's annoying, but I am thankful that we can still use our toilet! I'm also thankful that Matt will soon be fixing this problem. :-)

You could tie a string to the bar, lead it over the edge of the tank, and let the kids pull it that way. Then your hands don't get cold.
I bet they do love it. My kids ask me every few weeks to take the lid off of the back so they can look in.
Our main toilet problem is that Nicolette (and others?) feel that it is a good idea to put at least 2/3 of a roll of toilet paper into the toilet before attempting a flush. At least once per day.
