Matt, Kris, Janae, Sarah, Lilli, Ava, Vivi, Nicolette, Baby Owen, Savannah, Leif, Finn, Zoe, Emily, Eleanor, Zach, Kate, Noah, & I went to the Rec Center (a.k.a. The Bubble) to swim after lunch. What a fun, but loud place to swim and play! There are pools inside as well as outside. The outside pool was more peaceful, but the kids preferred the inside pools.
Steve, Janet, Janae, Kerri, Jon, Lilli, Ava, Vivi, Sarah, Zoe, Emily, Eleanor, & I went to see "Annie Get Your Gun" this evening. We all enjoyed the show and enjoyed watching Sam perform! Sam was Little Bear. You did a great job, Sam!
Eleanor fell in love with Annie Oakley. Eleanor got her autograph after the show, which led to some of her other cousins getting autographs as well. Then we captured a picture with Annie & Frank.
Frank yelled goodbye to Eleanor in the parking lot, but he didn't say her real name, he called her by her nickname, Squeezie. Eleanor only likes to be called that by Matt, so she got grumpy and told Frank that she doesn't like to be called Squeezie. So Frank ran up to her and asked what her real name was. Then he picked her up and swung her around. Eleanor was in heaven!
The play sparked an interest in me to go see more plays at home with the girls, and it sparked an interest in Zoe to be in a play. I know Eleanor would love to be in one as well. She was dancing up on the stage when the play was over.
